Our Yoga, Meditation, and Childbirth Education Program is designed to support expecting mothers through every phase of pregnancy, providing a holistic approach to preparing for childbirth and motherhood. This program combines the benefits of yoga and meditation with comprehensive childbirth education, offering flexibility for when you wish to start. Whether you're in your first, second, or third trimester, this program is adaptable to meet your needs.

Program Overview:

This program consists of two main components: Yoga & Meditation sessions and Childbirth Education series.

Yoga & Meditation 

Designed to help you manage pregnancy discomforts, reduce stress, and build physical strength, while preparing both the mind and body for labor. Each session will help you stay calm, centered, and empowered throughout your pregnancy.

Childbirth Education Series 

Focusing on pregnancy, childbirth, and early parenthood, tailored to your pregnancy stage, giving you the knowledge and confidence to approach birth with clarity and ease.

• Virtual or In-Person Pre/Postnatal Yoga Practice
• Breathing Techniques

• Lamaze Childbirth Education Series

This program offers a nurturing and empowering approach to preparing for birth. It is ideal for expecting mothers who want to combine physical, mental, and emotional preparation for labor, birth, and early motherhood.

Deposit & Payment Terms:

• Deposit: non-refundable deposit of $500 due today to secure your spot and ensure both of us our committed to the journey. 
• Balance: to be confirmed in your introductory session, based on how far along you are in your pregnancy, frequency of sessions, and the amount of time left to birth. 

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation: If you choose to cancel before your first scheduled session, the $500 deposit will be credited towards a future purchase.
