Please note that all service purchases are final, non-refundable, and cannot be transferred.

If you find the need to cancel a service, kindly provide 48-hour notice. I will happily honor a credit toward a future purchase.

If you are more than 15 minutes late for a scheduled virtual or in-person session, it will be considered a voluntary cancellation with no future credit applied.
