Basic Program

• 12 Sessions: 1 in-person or virtual yoga + meditation session per week (90 minutes)
• Total Cost: $780

  • Ideal for individuals seeking consistent progress with manageable commitment.

Comprehensive Program

• 24 Sessions: 2 in-person or virtual yoga + meditation sessions per week (90 minutes each)
• Total Cost: $1,440
  • Includes all program elements (listed above), with additional focus on therapeutic yoga or specialized areas (e.g., yoga nidra, restorative yoga, prenatal).
  • Perfect for an intensive, immersive experience to achieve significant wellness goals.

*Deposit & Payment Terms:

To secure your spot in the Private Yoga & Meditation Program, a non-refundable deposit of $250 is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due in full before your first session.

Refund & Cancellation Policy:

• Program Cancellation: If you need to cancel before the program begins, the $250 deposit will be credited towards a future purchase. No further payments will be due. Once the program has started, all payments made are non-refundable.
