About Me

I am passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s transitions through movement and mindfulness. My work is rooted in a deep commitment to holistic health and supporting others in achieving balance and well-being.

Over the years, I have worked in corporate roles, including as an international buyer, which took me to various countries. This experience fueled my passion for exploring new cultures and deepened my appreciation for the diversity of human experiences. It also highlighted the interconnectedness of us all and reinforced the importance of self-discovery and self-care in today’s fast-paced world.

My yoga and meditation practice has become my sanctuary, an essential part of my daily routine and my journey of self-care. These practices brought balance into my life, especially after becoming a mother, when I sought new ways to stay active and centered. Yoga became the bridge between my body’s needs and my mental well-being, offering me a space to relax, rejuvenate, and stay grounded.

As a certified Yoga & Meditation Teacher, Childbirth Educator, and Doula, I bring a holistic and integrative approach to my teaching. I have the privilege of helping my students improve their mental and physical health, combining my expertise in movement, body awareness, and breath work with my personal passion for holistic wellness. Whether I am leading a workshop in a beautiful destination or guiding a local class, my goal is always to provide a positive and motivating experience for my students.

I find true joy in creating classes that balance strength, flexibility, and mindfulness while offering modifications for every level. I believe that everyone, no matter where they are in their wellness journey, deserves to feel empowered in their practice. The rewarding aspect of my work is watching my students grow, not only in their physical practice but in their ability to navigate life with more clarity and calmness.

My approach to teaching is rooted in my lifelong love of dance, my understanding of movement, and my Caribbean upbringing, where I was first exposed to the natural healing practices that have shaped my understanding of wellness. I thrive in environments where I can mix art with science, and teaching yoga allows me to combine both.
